1. Establishing a forum for cooperation and exchange of experience between the competent authorities on environmental damage and for international cooperation.
2. Addressing current problems related to the procedure of issuing administrative decisions on environmental damage and historical pollution of the earth’s surface.
3. Developing a uniform approach to administrative procedures and interpretation of the applicable legislation.
4. Exchanging information and using the knowledge of the European Union Member States with regard to remediation of polluted areas.
5. Identifying opportunities and sources of obtaining external funds for own tasks of environmental authorities with regard to the protection of the earth’s surface.
